Anyone that loves old things and especially old houses can appreciate what we do for a living. We have taken our passion for beautiful old homes and with great ambitions and lots of energy have been able to restore and transform them back to their original glory. We buy old houses and sell, lease or rent to own charming restored antique homes. Our office was located in our home at Red Gate Farm, which has just gone under contract. It is an 18th century colonial in the quaint, almost forgotten village of Milton Mills, NH and was a great place of inspiration and incentive. However, we have moved our home and office to Wolfeboro, NH and are undergoing an extensive restoration of a historic farm there.
